I tried booking twice because my coworker had a good experience here, but the next available appointments were just way too far out for me. The site itself is easy enough to use, but the availability seems limited right now

From what I remember, getting set up with rizeup.care was actually straightforward. I was expecting more hassle, but it didn’t make me jump through a bunch of confusing steps.
The onboarding was clear enough that I could mostly figure things out on my own. I do remember pausing once or twice because I wasn’t totally sure what to click next, but it wasn’t a major issue.
Overall, I’d say it was a good experience, even if not completely perfect. Looking back, it definitely saved me some time and I was up and running sooner than I thought I would be

I ordered from Rize Up and it did show up, just not as quickly as I was expecting. Fine.
The tracking barely updated for a couple of days, so I was kind of left wondering what was happening. Annoying.
Once it arrived, the product itself was totally okay, so I’m not too upset about it. Just wish the shipping had been a bit faster. Meh.

"Pretty professional, just a little uneven!!"
They were polite and definitely seemed like they knew what they were doing!! They explained things well enough and were respectful the whole time, which I appreciated!!!
That said, I do wish the communication had been a bit faster and maybe a little more personal!! It wasn’t a bad experience at all, just not quite amazing either!!!

I wasn’t too happy with the support experience. In my case, the replies took way too long to come in, and when they finally did, they didn’t really help me much. I expected a bit more, honestly.

"Prescription went through smoothly"
I used rizeup.care to get my prescription filled, and overall it was a easy experience. The form took maybe a few minutes to get through, and they sent updates as the order moved along, which was helpful.
I’m giving it 4 stars because it took a bit longer than I was expecting, maybe by a day or so, but it wasn’t a big deal. The meds showed up correctly, the packaging looked fine, and I’d probably use them again.

I reached out with a few simple questions, but the replies I got were so vague that I kept having to ask the same things over and over. It felt like we were going in circles, and I never really got a clear answer. it left me feeling really frustrated and disappointed.

"Billing felt really confusing"
Maybe it’s just me, but I thought I had already cancelled and then still ended up getting charged. Reaching out to support didn’t help much either since it took a while to hear back, and the whole thing just felt harder to sort out than it should’ve been. Not really happy with how the billing was handled.

I was genuinely interested, but the pricing was not clear enough for me. I kept clicking around trying to figure out what I’d actually be paying and what was included, and I still didn’t really have a solid answer.
Maybe it all makes sense once you talk to someone, but make it make sense. I don’t want to have to ask just to understand the basic cost. It made me feel unsure, so I ended up not going any further

The first time I heard from them was totally fine, no issue there. But after that, the follow-ups were inconsistent. I had to reach out a few times just to get updates, which got a little frustrating, a little frustrating. It wasn’t terrible or anything, just not as smooth as I hoped.

"Good care overall, just a few small delays"
I’ve had a good experience with Rize Up overall. The staff were kind, listened properly, and seemed to genuinely care, which really does mean a lot. There were about one or two delays with updates here and there, but nothing major. I never felt rushed, and it felt like they took the time to help properly. Around 4 stars from me.

For me, the care plan didn’t feel as personal as I was hoping it would. A lot of it came across like standard advice I could probably find on my own. There were a few parts that seemed useful, but overall it didn’t really line up with my specific situation. I also felt like I had to repeat myself more than I expected. It wasn’t a terrible experience, but in my opinion, it could’ve been a lot more tailored and helpful.
